As a guideline, however, you should have been working at Lidl for at least one year and have received performance level three in your last Talent Management process.You need to be motivated and enthusiastic to prepare Lidl to open in a new country and to build up processes and structures.You should also have a good to very good command of written and spoken English.Furthermore, if you speak the language of the country or have the respective citizenship, feel free to provide this information in your application or during the registration process.
